These typical cutters enable the line to produce pizzas in round, square, rectangular and pizzas with thick crust to meet clients’ request.
As we all know, Fermentation/proofing is one of the most important processing part of pizza production. ZLINE’s belt proffer is with humidification and heating function or without ( as a rest station). Proffer size is designed as per the proofing time request.
With the combination of tunnel oven and pizza base forming line, the whole automation is 100% to save work labor, improve the production capacity and final product quality. Baking time and temperature is adjustable on the control system.
Spiral cooling tower is offered based on cooling time requirement and with less space needed. The standard tower width is 900mm.
