ZLINE offers pastry sheet production lines with adjustable dough widths to suit various capacities: 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1300mm. The pastry sheet production line can be enhanced with optional modules, such as a baking paper feeder, allowing for the production of laminated sheets wrapped in paper or film. This configuration can be seamlessly integrated with tunnel freezers and automated packaging systems to enable fully automated mass production of paper/film-wrapped pastry sheets and rolls.

Fat pump – ideal for adding margarine, butter, lard, and other fats to the dough laminating process.
- Automatically controls the fat supply process depending on the level of the material in the tank.
- Equipped with special sensors to auto-adjust feed speed, ensuring consistent fat distribution.
- Includes nozzles with adjustable feed width range (250-290 mm) and layer thickness (2-20 mm).
