- All parts of the aeration head are processed using Japan's Mazak CNC machining center and Sodick wire-cut EDM. The surface finish and dimensional precision of the components are extremely high.
- The main spindle inside the aeration head is made of aerospace-grade stainless steel, featuring high strength and minimal runout. This significantly reduces noise and vibration during operation and greatly extends the lifespan of the mechanical seal inside the head.
- The entire aeration head assembly is carried out in a dust-free, temperature-controlled workshop. Cold and hot fitting techniques are applied during assembly, substantially improving the stability of the aeration head.
- The cake batter aeration machine is equipped with comprehensive protection devices: the screw pump features a liquid level detection protection system. If a material shortage occurs, the sensor will immediately shut down the system, preventing dry running and damage to the screw pump. In case of pressurized rubber sleeve rupture, slurry in the pipeline is directly discharged outside the machine, avoiding backflow into the electrical cabinet and preventing damage to electrical components.
- The tanks and pumps are fixed on a base, making cleaning more convenient and hygienic. And a CIP cleaning system is equipped in the cake batter aerator.
- The cake batter aeration machine features a high level of automation: if the production volume needs to be adjusted, only the flow parameter of the screw pump needs to be changed – other settings remain untouched.
