This line is typically for making high hydration bread such as Tin bread, toast, baguettes, ciabatta, ect. Special designed dough chunker enables the line can handle the bread with moisture more than 72%.
By patting and flouring the dough, Uniform dough band is coming out and worked on the forming table to produce the related final products.
